With the Actions Register you can:

• See every action raised across your operation — from hazards, incidents, NCRs and asset faults — in one consolidated list
• Filter by date range, assignee, source type, status, risk level, and on-time/overdue
• Search by Action ID
• Click through to the parent item to complete or close out the action </aside>

The Actions Register is a single, filterable view of every action created across hazards, incidents, NCRs and asset faults. All updates — progressing status, attaching evidence, completing the action — happen on the parent item, opened via the View details button on each row. The register refreshes automatically once the parent is updated.

Prerequisites

• Actions raised on parent records (Hazard, Incident, NCR or Fault)

From the dashboard, click Safety.
