This goes beyond the standard work/rest logs required by regulations, allowing for insights into specific tasks like loading, waiting, and driving. When turned on, drivers will be prompted to chose an activity description from a pulldown list. This page describes how to add, edit and delete activity description.

To edit your list of Activity Descriptions:

• Go to Config (1) and select the Activity Descriptions (2) tab.
• Add: click Activity Description (3) and fill in the popup. Click the Show/hide check box to ensure the activity description is included in the pulldown list drivers receive in the Hubfleet EWD app.
• Edit or Activity Description: Find the Incident Activity Description you want to modify. Click the edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash can icon) button (4) located next to the Incident Action Type.

On the driver mobile app, when a driver starts a shift or does a work/rest change, they will be required to select an Activity Description from a pulldown list, as shown (5) below
