Minor Not Listed: Breaches between 8 and 15 minutes

Electronic Work Diaries (EWDs) track work and rest times in much greater detail than traditional Written Work Diaries (WWDs). EWDs use one-minute intervals, while WWDs use 15-minute intervals.

To make sure this doesn't put EWD users at a disadvantage, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) has a special rule: work time breaches of 8 minutes or less are not considered actual breaches.

Here's how Hubfleet applies this rule:

• Optional Visibility: In the Settings and Billing (1) you can choose to see these “none” breaches (under 8 minutes) (3) . They'll be labeled as "none" breaches to show they're not real violations.
• Minor Breaches (8-15 minutes): Also in the Settings and Billing (1) page you can choose to see slightly longer breaches of between 8 and 15 minutes (2). These are labeled as "Minor not listed" because, following the NHVR EWD Standard, they won't appear in the driver’s compliance view.

This approach ensures that EWD users are treated fairly and consistently with WWD users, while still providing flexibility and transparency in how you monitor your work and rest records
