To create a service record
- Expand the Maintenance Menu (1)
- Click Services (2)
- Click the Create Service (3) button

This opens up a service page.
Service details
- Enter Service Details:
- Asset Registration/ID: Select either from a pulldown.
- Service Type: Select the type of service required. This will automatically populate relevant service items and interval details.
- Priority: Set the priority level (e.g., high, medium, low) to help the workshop team prioritize tasks effectively.
- Open Date: Enter the date the service request was initiated.
- Scheduled Date: Enter the date the service is scheduled to be performed.
- Add Service Note (Optional): Include any relevant information or special instructions for the service.
- Upload Documents (Optional): Attach any supporting documents, such as images or reports.

Completing Service Items
To ensure accurate service records, follow these steps for each service item:
- Mark Service Items as Complete: Check the box or click the button next to each service item that has been performed.
- Add Details (Optional):
- Click the "More" dropdown menu (or similar option) to expand the service item.
- Add Notes: Provide specific details about the work completed, any parts used, or observations made during the service.
- Add Photo: Upload a photo to visually document the service performed. This can be helpful for future reference or for warranty claims.
