Hubfleet's EWD app automatically creates fault reports for failed checklist items during prestarts. Drivers can also report faults anytime during their shift. Learn more about the process here.

Fleet managers can create a fault from the Hubfleet web portal, by

• Expand the Maintenance (1) menu
• Click on Faults (2) to open a list of recently created faults
• Click on Create Fault (3)
• Complete Fault form and upload any photos or documentation
