A drivers potential fatigue breaches are tabulated in the detailed view of their work diary page, in Fatigue reports, and on the dashboard. The table displays

• Time of breach
• Driver's assigned rule set
• Specific period of the rule breached (e.g., work, rest)
• Type of breach (work or rest)
• Breach level as defined by the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL)"

From this table, further actions can be taken

• View further details (1)
• View existing Non-Conformance reports (2)
• Create Non-Conformance Reports (3)

Viewing Breach Details

Clicking on the View Details (1) shows a popup with all the details of the potential breach. A CSV file of all activities during the breach period can be downloaded and further investigated and NCRS can either be viewed or created.

Creating a Fatigue Non-Conformance Report (NCR)

The fatigue NCR page includes all of the drivers, record keepers details, along with all details of the fatigue breach. To issue an NCR, a fleet managers must

• Assign To (4): Select the driver or a fleet manager to receive the NCR.

• Due Date (5): Set a deadline for action.

• Level (6): Indicate the severity of the breach.

• Type (7): This defaults to "fatigue."

• Action (8): Specify required actions in a list.

• Attach (9) (Optional): Add any supporting PDF files.

• Save and Send:

  • To Assignee (10): Send to the chosen recipient (driver or fleet manager). Drivers receive an in-app notification and can respond.
  • To Closed (11): Close the NCR immediately if it's a clerical error.
