To generate a fatigue report
- Expand the Fatigue Menu (1) and select Fatigue Report (2)
- Choose a date range (3)
- Click the Generate Report (4) button.

The Summary table (5) will list
- Driver Name: The full name of each active driver in the fleet during the selected period.
- Shifts Completed: The total number of shifts worked by each driver within the date range.
- BFM or AFM Accreditation Date: The date the driver was inducted into the company's BFM or AFM accreditation scheme. This information is found in the driver's profile.
- Medical Status: If the driver has a current or expired medical certificate.
Medical Expiry Date: The date the driver medical will expire.
- Fatigue Incidents: The number of fatigue-related incidents recorded for the driver. These are logged in the Incident Reporting section
- Fatigue Infringements: The number of fatigue-related infringements recorded for the driver. These are logged in the Incident Reporting section
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): The total number of NCRs issued to the driver.
- Open Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): The total number of NCRs issued to the driver that remain open.
- Potential Fatigue Breaches: The number and severity of potential fatigue breaches found in the drivers records over the selected time range.
