Connecting Hubfleet with your Gearbox account

To connect Hubfleet with your Gearbox account, you'll need to share your Gearbox API authentication token. Here's how to find it:

1. In Gearbox, click the person icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Click Edit (1) under the Gearbox logo.
4. Copy your API authentication token and share it with Hubfleet."

Syncing Hubfleet with Gearbox assets

Hubfleet and Gearbox use slightly different terms for asset types. To ensure your assets sync correctly between the two systems, you'll need to tell Hubfleet which Gearbox "Vehicle Types" correspond to your:

• Vehicles (trucks)
• Trailers
• Dollies

Once you've identified these in your Gearbox account, please contact Hubfleet Support and provide us with this list. This will help us map your assets accurately and prevent any syncing errors.
