<aside> 💡 Under the NHVR EWD standard, Historic data refers to work and rest entries created by the record keeper manually and marked as historic data, to create a continuous electronic record. This page describes how record keepers can add Historic records for a driver.

• Go to the Fatigue (1) menu and select Work Diaries (2).
• View a list of active drivers with a summary of their work/rest hours (3).
• Filter by:
  • Active drivers (4)
  • Inactive drivers (4)
• Search for a specific driver by name (5).
• Click View Details (6) to open up the work diary for a specific driver

Use the arrows (7) or click on a blue bar in the chart above to view the driver's work diary for the specific date (15). Click the Add a Historic Record (9).

Complete the details on the popup. Drivers must press “Sync Now” on their device to view and accept the Historic Record.
