To edit your list of Incident Action Types:

• Go to Config (1) and select the Incident Action Types (2) tab.
• Add: click Incident Action (3) and fill in the popup
• Edit or Delete Incident Action Type: Find the Incident Action Type ****you want to modify. Click the edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash can icon) button (4) located next to the Incident Action Type.
