View and Filter Incidents

To view a list of recently created incidents

• Expand the Safety (1) menu
• Click on Incidents (2) to open a list of recently created incidents
• The list can be filtered by Date range (3), Reported by (4), or Incident Type (5)

Incident Stages

A incident can be in one of the following four stages:

• Reported: Incident submitted and awaiting review.
• Under Investigation: Actively being investigated and actions are underway.
• Under Review: Investigation complete, findings are under review for approval.
• Closed: Incident resolved and all actions finalized.

Incident stages are shown as tabs (7) above the table. After applying filters, the number of incidents matching each stage is shown next to the respective tab.

Click the View details (8) button to examine a specific incident in full.
