To edit your list of Incident Types:

• Go to Config (1) and select the Incident Types(2) tab.
• To add: Click Add Incident Type (3) and fill in the popup. Categorize and analyze incidents, with customizable descriptions for Low, Medium, and High severity levels within each type, to uncover trends, assess risks, and improve your overall operational safety and efficiency.
• Edit or Delete: Find the Incident location you want to modify. Click the edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash can icon) button (4) located next to the Incident Location.
