💡 The Maintenance Report provides a comprehensive overview of driver activity and maintenance compliance over a specified date range. This page describes how to generate a report and breakdowns the information you'll find in the report:

To generate a maintenance report
- Expand the Maintenance Menu (1) and select Maintenance Report (2)
- Choose a date range (3)
- Click the Generate Report (4) button.

- The table will list
- Driver Name: The full name of each active driver in the fleet during the selected period.
- Shifts Completed: The total number of shifts worked by each driver within the date range.
- Maintenance Accreditation Date: The date the driver was inducted into the company's maintenance accreditation scheme. This information is found in the driver's profile (here).
- Pre-Starts Completed: The number of pre-start checks successfully finished by the driver.
Pre-Starts Missed: The number of required pre-start checks not completed. For example, if a driver operated a combination with a truck and two trailers but only performs a pre-start on the truck, one pre-start is counted as completed and two as missed.
- Faults Reported: The total number of maintenance faults the driver reported using the EWD app.
- Open Faults: The number of reported faults that are still pending resolution.
- Maintenance Infringements: The number of maintenance-related incidents recorded for the driver. These are logged in the Incident Reporting section
