To generate a mass report

• Expand the Mass Menu (1) and select Mass Report (2)
• Choose a date range (3)
• Click the Generate Report (4) button.

• The table will list
  • Driver Name: The full name of each active driver in the fleet during the selected period.
  • Shifts Completed: The total number of shifts worked by each driver within the date range.
  • Mass Accreditation Date: The date the driver was inducted into the company's maintenance accreditation scheme. This information is found in the driver's profile (here).
  • Mass Accreditation standards: Each number Each active accreditation standard will be shown. The total number of loads each driver has recorded against each standard is listed and the number of non-compliant loads is also shown.
  • Mass Infringements: The number of mass-related infringements recorded for the driver. These are logged in the Incident Reporting section
  • Mass Defects: The number of mass related defects listed. These are logged in the Incident Reporting section
