Configuration

There are three main sections within the loads/trips configuration screen. This page describes the mass records section.

Mass Records

Mass Accreditation Schemes

Activate mass records to capture axle weights for compliance and accreditation. To enable this for drivers, select the checkbox (3). Then, choose the relevant mass accreditation schemes (GML, CML, HML) using the checkboxes (4). If your scheme isn't listed (e.g., Western Australia), add it by clicking the plus icon (5).

Measurement Methods

To give drivers a choice of measurement methods, click the plus icon (6) to add options to the dropdown list. Remove unwanted options by clicking the bin icon (7).

Single Click Mass Entry

Some accreditation schemes don't require individual axle weights, but they do need drivers to confirm if the load is under a specific limit. Hubfleet's "single click mass entry" simplifies this. Drivers answer a customizable question with "yes" (compliant) or "no" (requires entering each axle's weight). Enable this feature with the checkbox (8) and customize the question with the edit icon (9).
