<aside> 💡 This document provides instructions on how to upload medical certificates to the Hubfleet web portal. Once uploaded, drivers can easily access their individual certificates letters on their mobile devices through the Hubfleet EWD app. (as described here). Medical expiry dates are also shown to help you maintain compliance.

• Open the “Drivers (1)” screen
• Locate the driver you want to add the induction letter to and click “View Details (2)” button

• In the Driver Details screen, click on the Medical Certificates (3) tab
• Click the Create Medical Certificate (4) and complete the relevant details and upload a PDF.
