To integrate your Mix Telematics data with Hubfleet, you'll need to establish a connection and configure your vehicle assets. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Initiate the Connection

• Contact Hubfleet Support: Please reach out to our support team to activate the Mix Telematics integration for your Hubfleet account. They will guide you through the initial setup and ensure a seamless connection.

Step 2: Export Your Mix Telematics Asset Data

• Download Asset List:
  • Log in to your Mix Telematics account.
  • Locate the "Export Assets (1)" button
  • Download the asset data as a spreadsheet (e.g., CSV or Excel).

Step 3: Identify the Asset ID

• Locate the "Asset ID" Column: Open the downloaded spreadsheet. Find the column labeled "Asset ID (2)" This column contains the unique identifier for each of your vehicles in Mix Telematics.

Step 4: Configure Vehicle GPS ID in Hubfleet

• Log in to your Hubfleet account.
• Go to the Fleet (3)
• Click on the eye icon (4) in the “View Details” column next to the specific vehicle in Hubfleet that you want to connect to Mix Telematics.
