Overview

Manage two things here:

• Categories and Subcategories used to classify parts and inventory
• Custom fields shown on Add and Edit forms

Prerequisites

• Access to Service Settings in the Hubfleet web portal
• Permission to manage parts and inventory configuration

Categories

Go to Service Settings → Parts and Inventory Settings

Select Parts and Inventory Settings

The Category tab lists all categories and subcategories used when adding parts or inventory

Add a category

• Click Add category and enter Name, Show/Hide, and Description
