Overview
Manage two things here:
- Categories and Subcategories used to classify parts and inventory
- Custom fields shown on Add and Edit forms
Prerequisites
- Access to Service Settings in the Hubfleet web portal
- Permission to manage parts and inventory configuration
Categories
Go to Service Settings → Parts and Inventory Settings

Select Parts and Inventory Settings

The Category tab lists all categories and subcategories used when adding parts or inventory

Add a category
- Click Add category and enter Name, Show/Hide, and Description
