<aside> 💡 In Hubfleet, each account is assigned one Record Keeper Address and can have multiple Base Addresses.

• Record Keeper Address: This is the main address were records are kept for administrative and regulatory purposes. All work/rest entries created by drivers in your account will be linked to this address.
• Base Addresses: In a drivers work diary, the base address is considered the normal garaging address of the vehicle. When a driver starts a shift, they can select a relevant Base Address from a list.

Edit/create addresses

• Navigate to the Settings and Billing (1). Note, this page only visible to the owner of the account.
• To edit the Record Keeper address, press the Edit button (2) at the bottom of the page.
• The Record Keeper Address is automatically added to the list of base addresses.
• To add additional base addresses, select the “Base Addresses (3)”
