Choose your Account Type
After signing up, select the option that best suits your needs
- “I am a Driver (1)”: Choose this if you'll be using the Electronic Work Diary (EWD) yourself. This is the most affordable option and will guide you through creating your driver account and linking it to your record keeper.
- “I am a Record Keeper (Fleet Manager/Owner) (2)”: Select this if you need to track multiple drivers. You'll choose a package based on your fleet size and be guided through adding driver accounts. Next steps include:
- Onboard Your Drivers
- Onboard Your Managers (if applicable)
- Set up Your Fleet (vehicles, trailers, etc.)
- “I am a Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Partner (3)”: If you don't directly employ drivers but share responsibility for compliance, choose this option to set up your CoR account.
Name, Address and BFM number of your account
- “Record Keeper Name (1)”: This is either your personal name (for individual drivers) or your company name. This name is for internal reference only and will not appear on compliance documents.
- “Record Keeper Address (2)”: This is the primary location where driver records are maintained for administrative and regulatory purposes. All work/rest logs created within your account will be associated with this address. You can add more base addresses if needed (see instructions here).
- “BFM Accreditation Number(3)”: When a driver works under a Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) rule set, they must enter their BFM accreditation number. By adding this accreditation number to the web portal, it will automatically populate in the driver's app, eliminating the need for manual entry.
You can view and edit this information after your account is created (see instructions here).
