To integrate your Teletrac/TN360 Telematics data with Hubfleet, you'll need to establish a connection and configure your vehicle assets. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Initiate the Connection

• Contact Support: Please reach out to the Hubfleet support team to activate the integration for your Hubfleet/Teletrac accounts. They will guide you through the initial setup and ensure a seamless connection.

Step 2: Upload your Assets/Vehicles to Hubfleet

• Upload your vehicles, trailers and dollys to Hubfleet as shown here

Step 3: Configure Vehicle GPS IDs in Hubfleet

• Go to the Fleet (3)
• Click on the eye icon (4) in the “View Details” column next to the specific vehicle in Hubfleet that you want to connect to Teletrac/TN360.

Access Config

• Click on the "Configuration (5) " tab.

• In the GPS integration section, click the "Edit (6)" button.

• Enter GPS ID:

  • Select "Teletrac" as the GPS provider from the pulldown options in (7)
  • In the "GPS ID (8)" field enter the 6 digit code for that vehicle from Teletrac. This is the number displayed in the web browsers URL when you click on the vehicle inside Teletrac.

• Save Changes: Click the "Save" to apply the changes.

• Repeat: Repeat steps 4 for each vehicle you wish to integrate.
