To view services due by kilometers, follow these steps:

• Expand the Maintenance Menu (1)
• Click Services (2)
• Click the Due by km (3) tab

This opens a table listing all assets with scheduled services based on kilometers driven.

Table Features:

• Filtering: Filter the table by registration ID or asset type for easier searching (4).
• Columns: The table displays the following information:
  • Asset Type
  • Registration ID
  • Current km (automatically updated when drivers complete a pre-start check)
  • Service Group
  • Service Details (including upcoming service requirements)

Notes:

• Ensure drivers consistently perform pre-start checks to keep the kilometer readings up-to-date.
• The service requirements in the table will automatically update when a service has been completed. This ensures that the information displayed is always current and accurate.
