We have set up your Service Tasks and Service Programs in the new Maintenance module to match your legacy setup. Please review these items and confirm they are correct. This guide helps fleet managers make any final adjustments.
Step 1: Review Service Tasks
To review Service Tasks:
- Open the Maintenance menu.
- Click Service Tasks.
- Scan the list to confirm each task imported as expected.

Tip: Use the "Eye" icon to open any task in detail and make edits.

What to check for each task
- Title is clear and matches your internal naming.
- Category and Subcategory are appropriate. If not, click the Eye icon to open the task and edit. If you do not find a suitable category or subcategory, you can add one as shown here: Service Task Settings
- Do you want to capture additional fields? If so, add custom fields and any extra data now.
- Do you want to add parts to your service tasks? If so, now is a good time. You can add parts as shown here: Create parts. Part fields can also be customized, as shown here: Parts and Inventory Settings
