This is the field-reporting half of Step 3 B) of building your SMS — paired with Incident Reports, which is the web-portal management half. Anyone in your operation can raise an incident directly from the Hubfleet mobile app when they're involved in, or witness, an event. Reports include photos, GPS and timestamps, and land in Incident Reports for your safety or compliance team to investigate and close.

Mobile is for reporting. Web is for managing. Drivers, operators and anyone involved in an incident can only report from the mobile app — fill in the form and submit. Everything else (investigation, risk rating, corrective actions, costs, review, closure) happens on the web portal and is the safety or compliance manager's job.
